Slackware 12 RC2!

Slackware, my favorite distro, has put out version 12, release candidate 2. See the changelog here.

This is a big step for Patrick and the Slackware fans — 2.6 is coming default now, after a few releases with 2.6 optional. Take this as a sign that the 2.6.x branch is truly stable as it passes the muster for Slack.

When you get serious, get Slackware!.
